  1. D1: China - Entebbe

    Arrival in Uganda

    Group arrives in Entebbe and is greeted at the Airport by BM.   After brief introductions, we load the vehicles and travel a short distance to our first night’s accommodations, located just 15 minutes from the airport. After checking in, we’ll gather for an official welcome to Uganda, a light meal and a short briefing on the next day’s agenda before calling it a night.

  2. D2: Entebbe - Mabamba swamp - Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary - Murchison Falls National Park

    Early breakfast and head to Mabamba swamp on the shores of Lake Victoria west of Entebbe International Airport. This is one of the few remaining wetlands in the country protected by the local Communities, an extensive papyrus swamp with channels and lagoons, classified as an IBA (Important Bird Area) and home to several pairs of Shoebills Uganda’s most famous avian resident. Later proceed to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking.

  3. D3: Murchison Falls National Park

     Game Drive in Muichison; Inviting local people for culture experience

    Murchison falls is Uganda`s biggest National Park and famous for its big game., spectacular scenery and the falls for which the park was named.

  4. D4: Murchison Falls National Park - Kibale National Park

    Early visit to the top of the Murchison falls and transfer to Kibale National Park.

  5. D5: Kibale National Park

    After enjoying an early breakfast at the Lodge, we’ll load the Rovers to drive a short distance to Kibale NP, then head into the forest on foot to search for a troop of wild Chimpanzees. The park is dominated by mostly secondary (some primary) tropical rainforest, and is celebrated for its high diversity of primate species, considered the highest of any park in all of Africa. It is also regarded as one of the most reliable places in the world to see Chimpanzees.  The Chimps here are only semi-habituated, meaning they have come to tolerate human presence but they tend to keep a greater distance from people than the Mountain Gorilla.  They are also much more energetic, less sessile, and more arboreal than Gorillas, giving the impression that these Chimps are still truly wild.

    Other primate species we may see in Kibale NP include the Olive Baboons, Guereza Colobus, Grey-cheeked Mangabey, L’Hoest’s, Blue, Vervet & Red-tailed Monkeys, and the localized Central African Colobus Monkey.

  6. D6: Kibale National Park - Queen Elizabeth National Park

    Travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park.Boat Cruise on the Kazinga Channel. .Possible mammals seen from the boat have included Elephants, Cape Buffalo, Uganda Kob, Bushbuck, Giant Forest Hog, Hippopotamus, Spotted Hyenas, Banded.We return to the Lodge in time to enjoy the pleasant evening in the beautiful setting near the water.  At dusk, well gather to enjoy the evening dinner and the camaraderie of our group.

  7. D7: Queen Elizabeth National Park - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP

    Transfer to Bwindi via Ishasha the southern part of Queen Elizabeth for the tree climbing Lions .

    While in the southern part of the park, in the region known as Ishasha, we’ll keep a keen eye out for the area’s famous tree climbing Lions. While here, we’ll like make several stops to “glass” the trees, searching for any signs of these magnificent creatures. As with the Leopard, what often gives these great felines away is their tail, as they never seem quite able to control its constant twitching.

    Queen Elizabeth NP is yet another area with some of the highest avian diversity of any National Park in the world. Its varied habitats of open savannah, Acacia woodlands, tropical rainforests, and an array of dense papyrus swamps, makes it one of the most species-rich parks in Africa.

  8. D8: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP

    Gorilla Trekking

    Today we shall have breakfast and carry our packed lunches ready for Gorilla trekking experience.

    We need long sleeved shirts and pants, Hiking shoes, Rain jacket, Insect repellant, Sun lotion and Sun hats.

    Trekking uphill to see the families of Gorillas nestled in a casual flocking play is a fascinating once in lifetime experience. You will have an opportunity to enjoys close views of adults with Silverback, feeding and grooming resting as the youngsters swing from vines in a delightfully gently display.

    In addition you have a chance to see other forest Antelopes like the Ruwenzori and Yellow-backed Duikers, Blue and L, Hoest Monkeys, Guereza Colobus.

  9. D9: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP - Lake Mburo National Park

    Driving to Lake Mburo National Park.This is the best and the only place in Uganda to see these typically southern savannah Species. This park will also give you a variety of game viewing such as Zebras, Elands, Impala, warthogs, Hippos, waterbuck, Dwarf and Banded mongoose, Side-striped Jackal, Bushbucks and Topi, Leopold and Lions.
