Jeju Island, a serene pearl resting in the East Sea, lies on the blue bridge connecting China and Korea, radiating its unique charm of nature and culture. Here, the majestic Hallasan volcano stands tall, surrounded by tranquil ecological forests, like the heartbeat of nature itself. The expansive coastline, lined with black volcanic rocks, whispers the ancient story of volcanic eruptions. The sea not only nurtures life but also fosters Jeju's legendary haenyeo (female divers) culture. These brave women, unafraid of the waves, protect this marine territory with resilience. Even more fascinating is that Jeju Island serves as a stage for the blending of Chinese and Korean cultures, where history meets modernity, and tradition intertwines with innovation.
