  1. D1: China - Kuching, Borneo

    [Morning]: Upon arrival in Kuching by flight, our team leader will be waiting at the airport to greet everyone and we will head to the hotel together.

    [Afternoon]: Begin the city exploration of the “Cat City”. In this most developed city in Borneo, we will admire the sunset views of the Water Mosque from the Sarawak Golden Bridge, take a leisurely stroll under the glow of the evening sunset, passing by the Kuching Palace and the Courthouse, waiting for the sunset on the bridge…

    [Evening]: Welcome dinner to kick off this journey of exploration.

  2. D2: Kuching, Borneo - Bako National Park

    [Full Day]: We will take a drive to one of the oldest and most famous national parks in Sarawak, Bako National Park. Known as one of the highest biodiversity areas in Borneo, it is home to a unique and endangered species, the proboscis monkey. This park is also home to the world's highest concentration of pitcher plant species and is the first and oldest national park in Sarawak. The park encompasses a wide range of plant species, including mangrove forests, the stunted vegetation of the Bakau trees, mangroves, Dipterocarp forests, and soft vegetation on the cliffs, among others.

  3. D3: Kuching, Borneo - Santubong National Park

    [Morning]: After breakfast, we will head to Santubong National Park. Here, we will embark on a mountain hike, crossing streams and small hills. Along the way, we have a chance to encounter diurnal animals and birds.
    [Afternoon]: We will visit the Borneo Cultural Museum, where we will gain a preliminary and systematic understanding of the natural history of Borneo, as well as the stories of local human civilization and cultural development.

  4. D4: Kuching, Borneo - Semenggoh Nature Reserve - Kubah National park

    [Morning]: We will visit the local market to source fresh ingredients with local characteristics for our subsequent rainforest cuisine. Afterward, we will embark on a rainforest hike where we can enjoy a natural negative ion spa while following our guide to explore and learn survival skills in the rainforest, discovering the biodiversity within. Upon completing the hike, we can all participate in making a rainforest lunch, getting up close and personal with the unique culinary features of the indigenous people.
    [Afternoon]: We will take a drive to the Semenggoh Nature Reserve, where we will search for the very rare Bornean orangutans (red-haired apes) at the conservation center, observing and learning about these endangered close relatives of humans at a close range. In the reserve, we can also see magical tropical plants such as pitcher plants.
    [Evening]: We will explore Kubah National Park at night. Covering an area of about 2,230 hectares, Kubah National Park is a paradise known worldwide for its diverse and precious frog species. According to the park authorities, at least 60 species of Bornean frogs inhabit the park, with the world's smallest frog, the pitcher plant froglet, being the park's number one star frog, attracting many photography enthusiasts, nature lovers, and animal scholars to explore. Therefore, a night exploration of Kubah is a must-visit for eco-enthusiasts.

    [Morning] Today, we will leave Kuching and take a flight to another city in Malaysia, Sabah, where we will begin a new adventure.
    [Afternoon] Upon our arrival at Kota Kinabalu Airport, we will head to Tanjung Aru Beach, where we will join a professional instructor for a paddleboard session, chasing the sunset on the water.

  6. D6: Kota Kinabalu - Kudat

    [Full Day]: Today, we will visit the "Marine Ranch", where we will learn about different fish species and aquaculture knowledge, experiencing activities such as feeding fish and swimming with them.

  7. D7: Kudat - Kota Kinabalu

    [Full Day]: Today, we will head to the largest marine protected area in Sabah, the Tun Mustapha Park. This park is home to the best coral reef ecosystem and a model area for ecological restoration in Sabah. Within the coral reef conservation area, we will learn about the coral reef ecosystem under the guidance of the park's staff, learn how to snorkel, and observe the vibrant underwater world of coral reefs.
    In the afternoon, we will also conduct a coral reef restoration course, where we will have a hands-on experience participating in the conservation and restoration of coral reefs.
