Transfer to Toledo, which is known as "The Imperial City" for having been the headquarters of the court of Charles I and as "the city of the three cultures", having been populated for centuries by Christians, Jews and Muslims. After a city tour and free lunch we will run down the longest Zipline of Spain over the Rio Tajo straight from the old city town of Toledo. Afternoon transfer to Cabañeros National with some stops for bird observation, before dark we will arrive to Ecolodge Cabañeros, overnight stay in Treehouses.

Breakfast. Today we will leave early morning in the direction of Granada, Spain´s most influenced city by Moorish culture and stunningly located on the flanks of the Sierra Nevada and the highest peak of the Iberian Peninsula, the Mulhacen. With our guide we discover the old town of Granada like the Jewish neighbourhood on our way to the legendary Alhambra. Afternoon guided tour to the Alhambra, Nazaries Palaces and Generalife Gardens where we will know a little more about the Andalusian legacy in Spain. At night we will visit local bars and eat tapas, just as the locals do…

Breakfast, lunch. After a great breakfast we will continue our route to Ronda (2 hours), with a very special stop in the village El Chorro, next to the famous cliffs that carry the same name, very well-known along mountain climbers. This is the place where in 1921 a spectacular access road to the newly build water dam was opened by king Alfonso XIII, from where the name The King´s Pathway. After decades of deterioration the path has been restored by the Andalusian government in recent year and has turn in to one of Spain most successful tourist attractions! An 8 kilometers long path from which have is over a wooden walkway hang on vertical 300meter-high cliffs, not afraid of heights I hope! But al securely executed by our certified guides. We will have lunch in the area and then go back to Ronda for a Flamenco workshop with our local musician and friend Paco Seco.
