  • 行程安排
  1. 第1天:到达苏黎世(Zurich) - 英格堡(Engelberg)

Depending on the time of the day, there is still time for an excursion of for a first walk.

The village is characterized by the imposing monastery and the collegiate church. There are still about 30 monks living and working here today. The Mountain of Angels as the founders of the Benedictine monastery called the place in 1120 is a popular excursion destination for people travailing from nearby Lucerne: the journey to Engelberg by road or narrow-gauge railway can take as little as one hour.

From the village the peak of Titiis can easily be reached by cable car. Or go and visit the monastery, the folk museum or the cheese factory.

  2. D2: 英格斯特伦阿普(Engstlenalp) - 迈林根(Meiringen)

This stage combines an enjoyable walk with a ridge hike. Leaving the peaceful Engstlensee lake via a mountain path, we first arrive in the busier tourist destination of Tannalp. The idyllic Tannensee lake, formed in the 1950s by an embankment dam, is popular among anglers because it is stocked with six different species of trout and char.

With the Tannensee and Melchsee lakes in sight, we make our ascent to the Balmeregghorn. Here, accompanied by the spectacular, clear view across the Trift glacier to the Jungfrau region, is where the varied and wonderful Horizon Trail (Horizontweg) begins: an enjoyable hike to the Planplatten cable car, lasting about one-and-a-half hours. Fascinatingly, iron ore was already being extracted and mined up here in around 1400 by the citizens of Obwalden and Bern on both sides of the cantonal border. Hikers will constantly come across fields with names like «Erzgrueben» and «Arxegg» that bear witness to this bygone age.

In the Aare gorge over thousands of years the tumbling waters of the young Aare gradually eroded a passage by rushing and gurgling their way ever deeper into the rock until the present gorge with its niches, grottoes and hollows was formed.

  3. D3: 英格堡(Engelberg) - 英格斯特伦阿普(Engstlenalp)

Cable car up to Truebsee. Hike to Engstlenalp

On the way to the Jochpass at 2,222 m above sea level, chamois, marmots and even ibexes are quite a common sight. Also in view is the Titiis, Engelberg’s local mountain. Its summit region is covered by a glacier, one of the smaller examples in the Alps at 1.7km2. Like most Alpine glaciers, the Titiis glacier is severely affected by shrinkage due to global warming.

At the Jochpass, the route crosses the border into the canton of Bern. The day’s destination can already be seen from up here: Engstlenalp, a place of power with countless Alpine roses and a nostalgic hotel by the lake. After following the natural path on the right-hand side of the mountain, we descend along a former mule track to the clear mountain lake and see the peaks around Engstlenalp reflected in its surface. The lake lies at the foot of the glaciated Titiis, surrounded by diverse flora and ancient Swiss stone pines that populate the north shore amid the hilly moraine landscape. Because of its location, the site was declared a nature conservation area in 1973.

  4. D4: 迈林根(Meiringen) - 格林德瓦(Grindelwald)

On the first high plain, the Gschwantenmad, it becomes clear why so many 18th century artists and poets fell under the spell of the Reichenbach Valley: the Rosenlaui Glacier looks majestic with its white crown, while the flanks of the Wellhorn and Wetterhorn seem almost threatening. They contrast with the charming, verdant meadows through which the stream meanders. The unspoiled valley played a key role in the development of Alpine tourism, as illustrated by the traditional Rosenlaui Hotel at the entrance to the mystical Rosenlaui Gorge. Its history began with the discovery of a sulphurous mineral spring in the 18th century.

From Schwarzwaldalp, the wild mountain valley is dominated on the left by the rugged face of the Wellhorn with its glacial offshoots and small waterfalls. The main feature on the right is the charming flora, characterized by meadows, flowers and forests beneath the Schwarzhorn. Reaching the top of the pass at 1,962 m above sea level, we catch our first glimpse of the Eiger’s north face and the 4,000-metre peaks of the Bernese Oberland. The trail continues – always in sight of the north face 1,800 meters high – down to Grindelwald and back to civilization.

  5. D5: 格林德瓦(Grindelwald) - 少女峰(Jungfraujoch) - 翁根(Wengen)

A high point in the history of mountain railways - after 16 years of construction, the Jungfrau Railway was inaugurated on Swiss National Day in 1912 and at 3454m, remains Europe's highest railway station to this day. A trip up into this fascinating glacier world is one of the highlights of traveling in Switzerland.

The ride is absolutely spectacular. For safety reasons, the last segment was pulled through the mountain. Although one rides in a tunnel, there are several stops on the way which allow interested passengers to disembark briefly and to catch a glimpse of the surrounding panorama.

Once on top, one may initially feel a little out of breath because of the altitude. Once one has adjusted, one should take in the incomparable view from the Sphinx Terrace, from the walking plateau and from the restaurant. To the North one will glimpse the Jura, just across the Monch and Jungfrau, to the South the endless ice flows of Europe’s largest glacier, the Aletsch Glacier, and rows and rows of mountain ranges.
